If you need to drop your car off before the gate opens then lock up your car on the street outside the gates and pop the keys in the Early Bird Box near the entrance to the Service Department.
If you are unable to get here before 5:30pm then please be sure to talk to your Advisor to make an arrangement as once gates are locked then staff are unable to unlock them.

There are two parts to the Mazda Service Select Program.
- 1. Base Scheduled Maintenance is due every 10,000km, but not longer than 12 months, whichever comes first. (Mazda BT-50 is due every 15,000km)
- 2. Additional Scheduled Maintenance items are additional to Base Scheduled Maintenance and are required when they fall due, either by the age of the vehicle or distance travelled, whichever occurs first.

Loan Cars Available
Wippells Mazda maintains a small fleet of automatic, late model cars for customers who desire the full freedom of having a vehicle to drive within the Toowoomba city limits whilst we maintain theirs.
Please be sure to notify your Service Advisor if you wish to use this service and they will organise the process for you. Booking in advance is required to ensure a car is available. On service day we will need to scan your Driver’s License and Credit Card for insurance purposes.
Service Lounge
We maintain a Customer Lounge area in the Service area.
Facilities include:
- Couches
- Coffee, Tea & Biscuits
- TV
- Today’s newspaper
- Powered work area
- Wi Fi
- Toilets
